About: Ordinary crystal sugar having NMT 100 ICUMSA which comes in 2 crystal size i.e. Small & Medium having technical name as S30 & M30 which we usually find at one's home for daily consumption. Demerara sugar has a distinctive brown color due to the presence of molasses which adds flavour desserts, baked goods, Coffee's & more.
